How exciting to be an explorer and make important discoveries!!! Hey, NTF word!! This unit in Social Studies is totally about adventure. Are you researching famous explorers at home, too? Can you identify some of the explorers and their accomplishments? What was their motivation and what were the results? Were they beneficial or detrimental?

Here is our first question of the year....
What Would Happen if We Had No Government?
We are going to make a Class Constitution and Oath... and knowing about boy or girl scouts will also be a help to you....
Look for ideas and examples of what government does for us and what happens when we do not have to follow any laws?
(Think about what happened in The Lion King when Scar takes over the pride.)
